Great match, you really notice a difference on how much passion he has during his TNA run compared to his WWE one, despite not caring & wanting to leave, they still gave his several WWE/World Title runs.

Then again the WWE tends to throw their world titles around to any & everyone these days. You'd be hard pressed not getting a world title run in the WWE if you were there for 5 or so years.

Thanks for posting. This was a surprisingly good match. Great old-time southern NWA style match-up. Jeff Hardy is really great and if he can stay clean, he still has a great future in this sport.

The Date With Fate...

I remember ordering this. This was the last ppv of the Wednesday Night era.

That was one B-squad match between Jeff and Jeff. TNA has made zero point zero progress since 2004. Seven years, folks. I guess it's still the "alternative" to the big leagues, though...eh?

Holy crap I don't miss Don West for a minute. Him and Tenay always tried to yell louder into the microphone as if they were having some sort of contest.

It wasn't a bad match, but it highlighted how loose and sloppy Jeff Hardy worked. Several punches and moves just looked terrible because there was no "snap" to any of them. Jarrett didn't have much to work with here.

I loved the weekly PPV era man. Every show had something important on it.

What are they doing? It's like they're punching and doing moves, what is that called? I thought TNA was about people talking for 2 hours.
